Refund Policy
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 14 days of enrollment if you are not satisfied with our program.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund, you must request it within 14 days of your enrollment date and have completed less than 25% of the course content.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies or relocation.
4. Digital Content Exceptions
Once you have downloaded or accessed digital materials beyond the preview stage, those specific materials may not be eligible for refund.

6. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. The actual credit to your account may take an additional 5-7 business days depending on your financial institution.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment.
8. Non-Refundable Items
Administrative fees, certification exam fees, and third-party service charges are non-refundable.
9. Repeat Enrollments
If you have previously received a refund for a program, you may not be eligible for a refund if you re-enroll in the same program.
