You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to enroll in our programs. By enrolling, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include sharing account credentials, reproducing course materials without permission, and disrupting other learners.
All course materials, including content, designs, and methodologies, are the exclusive property of BrainSequence Academy and protected by Canadian copyright law.
Upon enrollment, you will receive access to designated course materials. Access duration and limitations will be specified in your enrollment confirmation.
Payment terms will be communicated during enrollment. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
You may cancel your enrollment subject to our Refund Policy. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to legal@buthe.works.
While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific cognitive outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort and aptitude.
BrainSequence Academy's liability is limited to the amount paid for the enrolled program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrainSequence Academy from claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We offer a full refund within 14 days of enrollment if you are not satisfied with our program.
To qualify for a refund, you must request it within 14 days of your enrollment date and have completed less than 25% of the course content.
Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies or relocation.
Once you have downloaded or accessed digital materials beyond the preview stage, those specific materials may not be eligible for refund.
To request a refund, email refunds@buthe.works with your enrollment details and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. The actual credit to your account may take an additional 5-7 business days depending on your financial institution.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment.
Administrative fees, certification exam fees, and third-party service charges are non-refundable.
If you have previously received a refund for a program, you may not be eligible for a refund if you re-enroll in the same program.
